Simple easy one is! Sauté chicken breast in low sodium soy sauce, add any veggies and cooked Brown rice for a stir fry!!! I also add cumin, garlic and and crushed red pepper for a kick!

Sorry for all jumbled post in between..... Lol. But the bikini was May. Right before Mexico. I weighed 157. And now I'm at 170. Amazing how only 13 pds can change ur body totally. Still shocks me .

Qdoba. U can get a naked burrito bowl, I get double chicken, black beans, brown rice and salsa!!! Sometimes even guac!!!

Am workouts???? Who else sets their alarm and then doesn't get up to do fasted cardio??? Uh, ME!!! I want so badly to get up and get moving for 20-3 minutes but everyday I fail!!!!! I don't sleep well and I know that has a lot to do with it. I go to bed by 9, but wake up every 1-2 hrs it's miserable.

I have a polar with heart rate monitor that tracks my cal burned at the gym, so it's pretty accurate. I usually do not eat back the cal I burn, but wasn't sure what everyone else thought!
