To be able to wear my wedding ring again. If it were winter, I'd probably be able to get it on in another 10. With it being summer, I've probably got more like 15 lbs to go. I've lost 13 so far...

I took mine off when they started to get too tight. It's been 2.5 years since I've had them on. I can't stand the feeling of them being tight, so I'll probably wait until I can wear them comfortably. I believe I'm 11 lbs away from being able to get one on!

Congratulations:-). Put the weight loss on hold and just focus on keeping weight gain to a healthy amount during your pregnancy.

I set my ideal weight to how much I weighed for years before suddenly putting on about 35 pounds. I also want to get the largest part of my belly under 35 inches, which is the tipping point for health problems for women. It's going to be very individual, person to person. I would re-evaluate as you go and think about…

That time of the month is pretty much the only time I want chocolate. I usually buy a dark chocolate bar and have a few bites of it here and there over the course of a few days until it's gone. The cravings are terrible, but I try not to ruin two weeks of progress over it.

I would get a measuring tape and measure a few key areas; arms, abdomen, thighs. Mark these numbers down. A month from now, measure them again, and see if you've made progress. This will help determine if you've lost fat and gained muscle. I would also be strict about the calorie logging, as it really doesn't work unless…

I weigh daily. When I am doing things by the book, I drop 0.2 almost every day. Not seeing that daily drop forces me to be honest with myself about my calories and efforts. I find if I don't weigh myself, I don't lose as much or any at all even.

I am just winding down on breastfeeding for the second time. I did not find restricting calories to affect my supply. I generally just put my goal settings where I want them, and then just add a miscellaneous 300 or so calories of excersize to compensate for the breastfeeding. I did ask my doctor about this the first time…

My sister posted a picture of us. When I saw it, I completely freaked out, because I looked so big. At first I thought, why would she post such a bad picture of me? Then I realized it wasn't a bad picture of me, it was just how I look.

I have oatmeal for breakfast every morning. A big tub runs about $3, and it lasts a while. I do not buy cereal unless it's on sale for $2/box. I buy extra berries while they're in season, then freeze them and use them over the winter. This is a huge savings, as a carton of berries are $2 in season but $5 out of season. We…

I look at the week as a whole, rather than each individual day. So in that case, I would try to stay under by 250 on two subsequent days. Ideally, I would exercise it off, by my life circumstances don't really make that easy right now.

I think it is possible to eat healthier food on the same budget you are eating unhealthy food on. The tricky part is you are trying to do a 180 turn on your diet, and you have budget restrictions. So this really requires a lot of planning. Otherwise, you will walk into the grocery store and get overwhelmed and frustrated,…

I like this answer :-) You will have some days where you feel better than others.

I have a 16-year-old Trek that's served me well. I prefer my husbands Diamondback though. It rides smoothly and has good shock absorbers.

This is what I use. I absolutely have to use it nightly, or I start having plantar fascia pain from all the calf tightness. You have to roll it pretty hard on the sore spots/knots.

I would assume not, because it tells me I burn 200 calories/mile. I'm 168 lbs and running at approximately 10:15 mile pace.

Thanks :-)

My husband has what's mostly a desk job. Him and a few coworkers sometimes do push-ups or sit-ups a few times an hour, but that may not fly at your workplace. He also goes to the gym on his lunch hour. You could keep weights at your desk and do a set once an hour. Walk the stairs on breaks, if you have any. And as almost…

Salmon is actually the only fish I will eat! I recently baked some in the oven with some pesto spread heavily on the top and that was really good.
