Breastfeeding and losing weight

I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 11 week old baby fulltime, and trying to lose weight at the same time. I have no idea how many calories I should be eating. I'm also scared dieting will impact my milk supply. Any suggestions or advice from other mommies? Thanks in advance

I am just winding down on breastfeeding for the second time. I did not find restricting calories to affect my supply. I generally just put my goal settings where I want them, and then just add a miscellaneous 300 or so calories of excersize to compensate for the breastfeeding.
I did ask my doctor about this the first time I was using MFP while breastfeeding, and he assured me that a reasonable caloric deficit would be fine and encouraged me to go ahead and work towards my prepregnancy weight.
I find hydration to be much more of a factor in supply. If I get dehyrated, my supply will dip. I've never noticed that problem with calories.0
