                LOL indeed!! A couple of you mentioned macros and micros; while I understand the definition of these, I will be googling to grasp how it applies to diet, exercise, and basically what we are all trying to accomplish.

                How so? I'll add that it is a boxing interval circuit, (shadow boxing, double end bag, heavy, speed bag and jump rope) while wearing the HRM. Why would the calorie burn be inaccurate?

                Thanks!! Tried it for the first time today, not a huge deal manually entering the calorie burn into MFP!! (Probably burned 2 calories doing the typing!!)

                I just got the polar h7, not that I need another app but I was wondering if it can link directly, to mfp; I found that map my run (which I'm familiar with) links to mfp easy, and you just record workouts which transfer over.
