Lots of times I will take leftovers from the night before. I don't have any carbs after lunch so this is the time I would eat rice or pasta. I like wraps as well with tuna or leftover chicken then load it up with veggies and Dijon mustard :smile: For snacks I usually have berries of some sort, grapes, almonds or veggies…

Good for you! I say slow and steady...good way to see it is 1-2 pounds a week is pretty good. Just walk...it's the best exercise you can do for yourself!!

Add me! I am 50 and have 55 pounds to lose. I have lost 30 now. My daughter is getting married in July and would sure like to be down another 25 by then! I need all the motivation I can get ☺
