I don't go out to eat. I only go out once a month. Cus since I'm only on food stamps at the moment I have lost my job two weeks ago that usually helps buy food.it was only part time but didn't get much hours

Mostly corn green beans peas carrots I have very little spices ran out of meat yesterday for dinner. I don't want to go out to eat cause there mostly all fast foods places.

I would recommend to do reduce both gradually if its regular soda or just switch to diet or coke zero sprite zero or something in the general area. That is what I had don't over the past two to three years in now down to two 12oz cans or two 12oz /20oz bottles.

If you need insurance maybe try you local welfare office and apply for medical assistance and if you work part time any they don't give you insurance of any kind they may help you get it and possibly SSI disability as well.
