Calories burned when standing
I find it that the calories burned when standing for 8 hours with some lifting between 25 to 50 pound boxes, kneeling, bending and walking involved to be quite high. rainy days and exercise
I find it hard to get any exercise done when its raining out for a day or multiple days. Also I find it hard not to eat when I see someone eat late at night since I live in a small motel room four other people. If anyone has suggestions they be much appreciated.
