So I'm noticed that some days in in the negative remaining for some of the following vitamin A and C, calcium, and iron. What does that mean? Good or bad?? I know I'm in the negative numbers remaining for sodium alot. Which to me isn't good. But for the other is what I need to know?

Vitamin c I don't think you can overdose on but aren't some of the vitamins fat soluble and if you have too much it can cause issues.

Like vitamin a I believe is fat soluble but I think you need to take ALOT to cause issues.

But I'm no doctor  my guess is if it's saying -20 or -50 it's not something to worry about.

Some numbers are fine when they are negative (such as the vitamin A and C) and some numbers are not so good (such as sodium, sugar, and calories) so you just need to be aware of times you go into the negative and by how much.

Sodium is a big one for me because I have more swelling (especially in my legs) when I have way too much sodium. Sugar I give a bit more leeway, especially if I had fruit that day, but I do pay attention to it.

I've read several posts that say to treat protein (and maybe fat) as a goal to reach and then fill in the rest of your calories with the carbs while staying close to or slightly below your calorie goal.

It's important to accurately weigh/measure everything and record it even if it puts you over that day. As long as your records are accurate, you can go back and see areas that may be causing issues so that you can make different choices in future days to try to fit your macros more closely. The main thing is to average a calorie deficit over time.

Vitamin A from animal sources (ie organ meats) can be a problem if you're pregnant.

Most people are not going to have issues with getting too much of any given vitamin from food sources.
