I find it hard to get any exercise done when its raining out for a day or multiple days. Also I find it hard not to eat when I see someone eat late at night since I live in a small motel room four other people. If anyone has suggestions they be much appreciated.

getting wet wont kill you, and will power is like a muscle, the more you use it the stronger it gets.

    Work out indoors?

When someone else is eating get up and go for a walk, or go and grab a glass of water. Distract yourself with something positive.

Are we talking about monsoon weather or just a drizzle? You might just have to get wet or if you're in a motel walk up and down the hallway / run up and down the stairs.

I quite like walking in the rain, if I can hop in a hot shower when I get back! Multi-storey carparks are good for a "hill" walk and you stay dry. Or go for a walk around the nearest shopping centre. You tube videos can be good.

I usually do workout videos (DVDs or youtube), dance, walk around my house, etc., though that may be hard in a small motel room. Give it a shot though and see what you can do. As far as avoiding food late at night, I would try to tell yourself that you won't eat after xpm or grab a low-calorie snack if you absolutely couldn't resist.

After reading the post above me I came back to add that a handful of times I've gone to Target or Walmart and just walked laps around there when it's raining.

A lot of malls open their main doors early for morning walkers. And if it's a multi level, do the stairs.

Where I live, schools also have evenings open for walkers. Maybe you could check with your local school district.

You can go to the mall and walk or walmart. If your room is too small to exercise then try walking the corridor and the stairs to top and bottom. The carport is a good idea or other nearby buildings. The gym at school is typically open before or after school for walkers. Leslie sansone vid on youtube if you can workout somewhere.

Can you get outside and walk to a mall? that way you could have an indoor destination while getting some outside time, too.

There is no stairs or hallway to the motel in and barely enough room to do much of exercise. I wasn't talking about a drizzle I meant in a heavy down pour or moderate rain. I don't mind getting wet or a drizzle. There isn't any carports near by. I already do go to WalMart that is only 5min bike ride away I usually spend 1-2 walking each day there or every other day.

Your profile says you are in Lebanon, PA, which is across the state from me. The weather should improve over the next couple weeks so you can get outside and be more active. Pennsylvania has fantastic state parks so I would encourage you to explore them... hiking is great exercise.
