What can I get to help my hair to grow longer faster? I don't cut my hair that often only a trim every 3 months. It just seems to not grow much at all for the past 10 years. What am I doing wrong?

Hair texture, growth patterns and speed are largely genetic, but there are multivitamins out there made specifically for hair and nails. They usually contain a combination of C and B vitamins, especially biotin, among other things. Do a bit of research to make sure whatever you buy actually contains what it's supposed to. The vitamin industry is largely unregulated and they lie a lot. Rainbow Light seems to get good marks and is less expensive than a lot of them. That's what I take.1
