Why are u eating less than 1200 cals a day? It's actually not good for your body or overall health. That aside weight fluctuates. Especially for women depending on your cycle. I can go 3 weeks bouncing around the same 2 lbs, then lose 3 overnight. This isn't a sprint, it 's a marathon if you want long term success. Enjoy…

Totally agree on jealousy. I often get uncomfortable when people comment on my weight loss. Especially if they say aren't you done losing? - no technically I am still considered overweight.

Probably should have started sooner. And why such an arbitrary number? 2kg isn't really going to change much, plus if you do lose 2kg in 10 days, it will be mostly water weight. So unless u have an official weigh in for a sporting event, I'm confused

Oh i wish! But yes biking will increase your glutes. But you are getting strong! If you don't want any muscle then i guess you better stop and just slowly walk everywhere, but that would be greatly unfortunate. Embrace being physically fit, its a beautiful thing!

I used to struggle big time with binge eating. I tried to find my triggers and eliminate them. No junk in the house, no sitting in front of the tv after 7. When crap happens in life, i make myself go to the gym. It's hard but you can change your responses

U must be very bored. Maybe u should get a hobby

Great job thats amazing!

I personally used to love watching it, but I believe it sets unrealistic expectations on people. I tried every crash diet out there trying to copy their results. Never lasted. And for most the contestants once the show is over they gain it back. Not sustainable or really overall even healthy. Just plays into the diet…

1700 cals is nearly a regular day for me, and i am 5'4 and female. Maybe your restricting too much during the week and it's tough to keep that going? Just a thought. Preplan your meals as much as possible for the weekend if u can!

SW: 210 ( started march 1st 2019) CW: 160 GW: 145 Weight loss has been slow these last few weeks so appreciate the accountability

Good for you for taking the first step! Me and my husband started 6 months ago, best decision ever. We also have 2 kids. Generally my meals are super simple= Lunch is meat and salad kit( half) Dinner is meat of choice, measured carb( either rice, potato or whole grain pasta) And a vegetable. If kids dont like it they get…

Healthy fats are your friend. Avocado, olive oil, peanut butter. Even yogurt or cottage cheese. Throw acouple of those in a day and i gaurentee you will meet your requirements, and probably feel more satiated

Unfortunately you cant spot reduce. Also to take into consideration is if after pregnancy, many women have seperated abs, which leaves the stomach not as flat as previously. Though diet and exercise will equal overall weightloss your stomach area may not be what it was, atleast from personal experience

Motivation only gets you started through the first couple weeks, then decipline takes over, hopefully with a bit of a routine. My best advice is just start. Don't over think it. Log your food for today. Do it again tomorrow. Go for a walk, step in a gym. Hiring a trainer helped me loads. All the best

Number 1 source-All forms of meat. (Eggs) Dairy, beans, legumes, soy and other alternatives. Supplement with protein powder/bars when needed

Sent u friend request. I am not yet sure when I will compete, but it is a long term goal of mine!

Agree with above. Your surgeon may want u to get it done sooner rather than later, and working out will be far easier once you heal and are without pain. But it really is a question for your surgeon who knows your full medical history

Sometimes preworkout is needed. Theres many different brands with different levels of potency. I don't recommend it daily but helps on the really tough days
-
Not really a way to lower it faster, but doing weight training will help insure you retain your muscle mass so you are losing mainly fat and not muscle. Just continue with the calorie counting and it will steadily decrease
-
Coming from someone who has done every extreme diet in the book, don't. They might 'work' but they aren't sustainable and always lead to gaining back plus some. Get rid of the junk in your house, weigh yourself, and chooss to eat healthy. Not just because of the number on the scale, but so u can feel better mentally and…

I am a 5'4 160 lb female and generally eat 1600 cals a day so I would say 1600 cals a day is very low for someone your height/gender/size. Maybe incoperate some weight lifting for added calorie burn and muscle building? An hour of cardio sounds brutal 🙃. All the best and congrats on the weight loss, it's important to find…

Maybe u need a new challenge. It gets tough to stay motivated when were close to goal weight. Whats next? What do you enjoy? Set mini goals that don't just reflect the number on a scale

Started march 10 2019 - 210lbs Today - 161 Goal 145-150, where ever I feel best and is maintainable! This isn't my first rodeo so I am aiming for something I can stick with long term

It will get easier. Every time you push a bit past your comfort zone you will feel more confident, and realize you belong there as much as everyone else. Instead of looking at what you can't do, what can you do? Can you do 1/3rd before anxiety takes over? Can you do some body weight exercises in your living room? Give your…

I have been there! But here u are fighting to get healthier! One day at a time

I have the same goal every month, 5lbs down, and 4 workouts per week. Just working on consistency
-
I am a serial weigher and sometimes my head gets way too wrapped up in it. Just know that weight depends on so much more than food intake and exercise. For us women it can be time of the month, how much water consumed, even muscles retaining fluid from a heavy workout. So just go in with that in mind and know every week is…

I hired a trainer. Somehow giving someone my hard earned money helped keep me motivated and accountable. Theres lots of online coaching for pretty reasonable prices

i have seen this happen with a few of my girlfriends where they became borderline anorexic because they were so afraid to go back to being fat. don't let that happen with u its just a whole new issue and actually worse than being a few lbs overweight. increase your calories on here to gain 1lb a week. it might seem like…
