I'm lactose intolerant so when I eat really low amounts of meat I start feeling better about myself (helping the environment and the cute animals) but I've never physically felt better.

That's true. I've been drinking vodka so that I drink a healthier drink (less cals than whiskey) but I feel like I need more.

Thanks! I do like RX bars! They have a lot of fat though. A protein shake is probably my best bet but I have it in the morning. Is it bad to have 2 a day? Also, I'm lactose intolerant so I'm using plant protein or rice protein, and almond milk.

Yeah I definitely need to have more self control around food, but I would hate to cut out drinks altogether! I need a good solution for Friday and Saturday nights!

I agree with you! I just stopped buying bread altogether because when I had it in the house I would eat it and eating just one slice every once in a while was torture. Same with desserts! The sugars make you want more right away. It is so hard!
