Hey I used an online calc originally as mfp gives me only 1200 cals when I input my goals etc. at times I have eaten some exercise cals back which is why I might be not losing. Thanks for your responses. Yes I'm at a deficit...yesterday I had just over 500 cals deficit according to MFP vs Fitbit calories out. I'm consuming 1700 cals as my BMR is 1656 and I've been told u should never eat under BMR as it puts body into starvation mode. 1200 cals is just too low for me.

Maybe you are not eating enough? If you are burning 500-900 calories 5/6 days a week and not eating min 1200 cals maybe your not providing your body enough energy to burn? Bulk up your meals a bit with good fats maybe so your consuming more cals? Like avocado etc

Awesome I agree. It's def better to see exactly what your patterns are etc! Do u eat a certain amount of calories or do u just track to measure carbs?

I've only been loggin in MFP again the last week or so as I was tracking it via WW previously. I have just opened my diary. I have no idea what ratio I should set for carbs, fats, sugars?

Hi I'm doing 3x boot camps a week and some walking. I've put lightly active in my profile? I dropped my Goal to 0.8kg a week and it's given me 1450 cals which is a bit easier than 1200:)
