Hi, I’m just wondering for all those who are hypothyroid or have hashimotos what has worked for you in terms of assisting with weight loss? I’m tried keto, calorie counting, 1200cals and either don’t lose weight or gain the kilo or 2 back pretty quickly! Thanks 😊
