IIFYM Help

Hi I punched in my details to the IIFYM website and in the email it says “Remember; eat more than this to gain muscle, and less than this to lose fat.”
My question is, how many calories am I supposed to eat if I need to eat less than the calc to lose fat when I thought the calc was taking that into consideration when I said aggressive or whatever it was to lose a kg a week?

I'm not familiar with the website or its calculator, sounds like it calculated your maintenance. If that's so, how much depends on what's an appropriate deficit. 1kg/2lb would be a 1000cal deficit, 0.5kg/1lb would be 500 cal and 0.2kg/0.5lb would be 250cal.
ETA: aggressive is seldom appropriate unless you're 400+lbs. Aggressive runs the risk of too high a deficit or too rapid a weight loss which can cause other health concerns.2 -
I would start off with eating what it recommends for a month and then make changes1
