  • Best way is to try out. Start with first week and eat for example 2500 cal. Don' t forget to daily control weight. If weight goes up than decrease your cal.intake. Since every human is diferent, so are the caloric needs. Make sure to weight your self every morning on empty stomack. Good luck :)
