MFP will tell you, based on the information you give it. (Age, gender, height, current weight, and desired rate of loss.) MFP also bottoms at 1200 for a female (regardless of whether this would give you the rate of loss you asked it for, because of health reasons).
And it is designed to give you the loss (or maintenance, if that's what you selected) BEFORE exercise. So you log your workouts, and eat some or all of those calories back.
Alternatively, you can google "calorie calculator" and try a few different ones. They will give you fairly similar numbers. If you want to know your future maintenance calories, use the calculators and pretend you're at your goal weight.
But if you're just wanting to know, just tell MFP your info, and eat what it says to. If it's too little, reset your goal to a slower loss per week to get more calories.0 -
Best way is to try out. Start with first week and eat for example 2500 cal. Don' t forget to daily control weight. If weight goes up than decrease your cal.intake. Since every human is diferent, so are the caloric needs. Make sure to weight your self every morning on empty stomack. Good luck0
