Thank you for that yes that helps my calorie intake was worked out on here so they are right but I don't eat any off my calories that I've burned because I wasn't sure if I could so I tend to stick to the amour off calories I can have for the day and I'm still under those too but thank you for your help

Well for 15 min program on fit star for my weight around 130 calories and on map my walk for a 20 min walk around 100 for s brisk walk it connects by gps

Oh I'm sorry I thought I had sent the message :o , I just don't know what I'm doing wrong with this , I use my scales , I do my excersie a app called fit star and I also use map my walk which works all my calories out for me so I'm just not sure .

Yeah my dairy is open to friends only I'm afraid , my height is 5.4 weight 12.9 I'm on 1630 calories a day .

Yeah that's an idea I have done that and found its up and down from day to day , I just want to loose constantly like everyone on here .

Thanks for that !! Just wondered do I need to eat all my calories a day or is it ok if I'm a little under ? And o don't eat my excerise calories is that ok ?
