thanks everyone, im eating around 1500 cals but am considering upping to 1700-800 as ill still be in a deficit just slightly smaller

ah great thank you, I get easily hungry so dont want to drop my calories too much! yes, id rather go steady than lose too quickly and gain it all back!

Great thanks, i think ill stay at 1500 cals eating back exercise calories for a few weeks and see how it goes
