  • It sounds like you are still trying to get in your calories. One thing you can do is use a more calorie food than what you normally have (reg vs fat free) or handful of nuts or peanut butter to get extra protein. Or maybe you could just up the calories of one of your meals or split it up between the meals.
  • Thanks! I guess I will have to check out a maternity store. I have a long torso so it's always hard finding a swimsuit, which is why I was hoping to look before swim season starts. But, I guess its probably impossible to know how big I will get anyway, huh?!
  • Could you call the doctors nurse or your gp to get some advise? A public forum is probably not the best place for health and individual specific advise.
  • Why don't you offer to stock up their fridge and cook for them, or at least get healthy things to eat between meals so you eat less when you do go out.   • Run keeper is a good running and walking app. It tracks where you went, time, calories, and interval alerts that you can customize.
  • I don't really have much to help with, but at 32 I am finding it much harder to lose weight than ever before. Your body works differently as you age so it probably won't be as easy as before. Maybe you could speak with your doctor about your calorie needs to make sure you are getting proper nutrition.
