  • I'm a baby vegan! I was vegetarian for many years, and I've always wanted to take that extra step towards a vegan diet. Any tips on upping the calcium would be great too. I've used hemp protein powder in smoothies for a while now, but I'm struggling with getting my calcium up.

  • I just got mine yesterday and for the first week or so I'm going to do 20k on a work day and 10k on a day off. I might up the work one because I've only done a 5 hour shift today and cleared 15k...but I'll work that out after I've used it for a couple of days. Some friends would be nice though!   • I bought a nice chunk of strong Brie to use in dinners. (My thinking being if it's strong, I won't need as much of it) ...I ate the entire thing like a sandwich walking home.
  • Up until about 5 years ago I was always around the 10 stone mark, then I started work in a pasty shop and all manner of hell broke loose haha I'm 5"5 and currently sitting on the 12.5 mark. I'd be happy with just being 10 stone again.
