Broccoli was my favorite veggie before i got pregnant. Now i can't stand it. Makes me gag. But sometimes i force it down with some cheese sauce and only take a bite between bites of other stuff. How do you feel about smoothies? You could sneak a serving of veggies in with the fruit.

my favorite snack when i feel sick is those cheese crackers with peanut butter in them. But that is not helpful since you are looking for non-carb things. Bananas really seem to ease my stomach as well. Lately i've been into have a few almonds, some grapes, and babybell cheese. They make a nice combo.

i have a trainer at my local YMCA that i love. I know how to lift weights and do cardio, but i love the extra push from her. i like to use olive oil (lightly) and red wine vinegar as salad dressing. Also, you can make greek dressing by mixing equal parts olive oil and lemon juice, then mix in dried oregano. Brown rice is good when you make it with chicken broth instead of water (just count the calories/sodium). Something else to try is to mix in…
