Don't give up, you can do this. People just get busy! Reach out to others and don't worry if they are too busy to answer. It's a crazy busy world these days. Never feel alone. You are taking care of you. You have to love yourself and pamper yourself. Take care and say hi anytime!

So proud of you for every thing you do. Every effort you make is a step in the right direction no matter how small. I started at 315 and I am doing vshred. Its hard but on a temporary full stop so of course I gained weight back because I am super senstive to weight gain. But I got to 286 and now I am 292. Not giving up…

Singulair is the worst ever. I just lost 25 lbs. on Keto while avoiding Singulair for about 6 weeks but with the bad weather I had to take for my asthma or I can't breath and I have gained almost 20 lbs back in just weeks with barely eating a thing and while on Keto/taking Keto supplement too. It is the nastiest drug ever…

Try the Carb Night diet. Count Carbs instead of calories. You will be surprised. It is common to gain weight on antidepressants. I gained 100 lbs in one year on one. That's why I am overweight. Also, stress, depression and all that don't help either. Seriously eating the LOW CARB HIGH FAT such as CARB NIGHT has been…

Try the carb night diet. It's the best thing I have done recently. I was craving everything before it. Now I crave barely anything. I am in shock.

I am starting to collect Low Carb Recipes. There are certainly some great options out there. It is only my second week doing Low Carb and the results are amazing.

Drink a protein shake in the morning. Eat more fiber or protein so you feel fuller, like granola, oatmeal, cereal, corn, beans, lentils, artichoke, lettuce, whole wheat rice or bread (in moderation), avocado, berries, peas, cauliflower or substitute a meal with a protein bar. Make a salad to bring with you, pile it with…

I'm new too but it's a great tool to help track everything. I love it so far but it is making me hold myself accountable! I wish you the best!
