I loVe it! I use to use a my garmin but it's not as nice.

Look at what your eating IE is it high carbs or fat. Then look at the activity level. I am under all the time but if I don't burn a lot by working out I just stay the same. Let me know I can give you more advice just need more info?

Yea, it's nice to see the progress laid out for you. When you can jump on see what you have ate and your progress from exercise. It's a great feeling!!

Ok so every week we will do a work out challenge and a food. IE cut carbs for a week or if anyone has a good idea lets do it?
