I could really use some help and support too! I keep telling myself I want to loose weight- start exercising and eat healthier, but I just can't seem to get motivated enough! Ugh! I don't know why I'm being so unproductive!! Maybe I need someone to help me be accountable and commit too...??0 -

just have to stay focus on the main prize ! Right calories and stay away from sugars and fats with 30-45 mins of workouts will do wonders... Just remember if you treat your body right it will treat you right ! Good luck you have my support0

So glad I'm not alone. Motivation is lacking for me. It would be great to join a group or partner up with someone who understands... Please add me.

I would love some motivation and support too! My problem is that I get really excited in the beginning, loose five pounds, then i think I look pretty good only to gain it back and sometimes a little more. My goal is, not to be impatient, and log in daily to track my food and exercise. I hope to loose 20-30 pounds.0

Its hard to be overweight.. And hard to workout. Choose your "hard.". I didn't think I could do it but I've lost 9 pounds in little over 2 weeks. You don't even necessarily have to be active but you'll most likely get quicker results (and feel better). I work out 4 times a week for about an hour or more. YOU have to want it. In the end your results are yours! Make sure to count everything correctly and stay determined. I've been feeling great on my 3rd week and still going.
As a tip I'd say don't weigh yourself. Maybe once a week at most. Don't put any pressure on yourself. Stick to the diary and stay focused. Best of luck and always stay positive and believe you can do this.0 -
@ mrscobomb, your right, I truly must stop weighing myself everynow n then (..though hard to resist) I think it's best one sticks to the calorie count and exercise, It's day 3 for me and I already feel good though no noticeable weight loss yet, but I'm optimistic and feel that mfp will help me achieve my goal.0
