Hello everyone!

Options
I am under my calorie goal most days so why am I putting on weight? Also, I started good but have now lost nothing for two weeks. Any advice?

    Look at what your eating IE is it high carbs or fat. Then look at the activity level. I am under all the time but if I don't burn a lot by working out I just stay the same. Let me know I can give you more advice just need more info?

    What about your nutritional goals? Like sodium, and carbs?

    My diet is definitely carb-heavy! And I do like my sugar... This is hard! But it's nice to have some support. Thanks for your comments and advice everyone! X
