Think your comments are unfair by diet i mean trying to loose weight. I know it should be a total lifestyle change for good but we are all human and life gets in the way of helping us to make good choices everyday. All i was asking for was some motivation to get me back on track to make the right choices.

Last weekend i lost the plot for 2 days!

I have to admit last weekend i lost the will to carry on logging. But got back on it on monday. My bloods were done about 2 weeks ago. On the nhs we cant ask for anything more than badic blood test.

I lost 3.5 stone back in 2012 had maintained that for a while i am now back to being about 10lbs over. I have been logging calories for months andi may lose half a lb but the gain a lb the follo wing week. I do take levothyroxine and my levels are supposedly good.

Thanks for all the replies i do weight absolutely everything. Although i admit i sometimes miss logging the odd meal. I will take on board all your comments and look at the suggested reading. Thanks again

I have the fitbit One and it sits nicely between my boobs on my bra. no one can see it and I cant feel it being there. At least it wont get wet there! unless I go into a wet tee-shirt competition and at my age I think that is highly unlikely!!!

Thanks for your replies, I have been on the tablets for 9 weeks now. my levels, when I started taking it were "border line". I saw my doctor yesterday and she said it was probably the tablets causing the gains, and I am booked to have my blood tested again. Don't know what's worse feeling tried, lethargy etc or being over…
