Does anyone know where the clinic or specialist centre is where people got their body fat measured, their metabalism measured and had a general overall body check. It was on a program called a year to save my life or something similar.

Lost my mojo
About 7 Years ago I lost 3 and a half stone. I have managed to keep most of it off by sticking to my diet. Just lately I just cant seem to stick at it. I now need to loose a stone. I still log my food but I am always over my allowance. I just cant find the motivation. Can anyone help please?

How to work out how many calories you are burning
Hi I am following 1200 calories a day and not losing weight. I have a very sedate lifestyle, sitting at a desk all day and absolutely knackered when I get home. Everyone says you have to eat less calories than you are burning, but surely I shouldn't go lower than 1200? I weigh and count everything I eat/drink (almost OCD).…

Too many carbs?
Hi I was looking at my nutrition report and I think I am having too many carbs. Maybe that's why my weight loss is slow. I usually have porridge for breakfast , a salad for lunch and chicken, veg and potatoes for dinner. I thought I was eating healthy, but does anyone think I am going wrong ?
