I weigh every day at the same time. I use the digital scale and it shows down to the smallest amounts. I log it each day and calculate at the end of the week how much I've lost. It works for me but I do feel a bit obsessed!!

Sounds like you are a bit precious! Where I work , NHS, if I went to H R about every comment i'd practically need to move into their office!!! Just brush it off, then address how you feel. I'm sure you look lovely :)

Dont mean to be nosey but are you on the menopause?? Taking HRT gives you more energy and definitely helped me. Good luck :smiley:

HRT...best thing I did ....keep going to your doctor explain how bad you feel...don't feel bad about telling how your quality of life suffers...keep asking for help...we deserve it. :wink:

As a new runner, 6 _8 miles a week. Do you recommend distance or speed, not sure how to go about it . I want to drop pounds, only 8 and don't know what to concentrate on. Any ideas guys?? Have a great day wherever you are :)

Hi guys I took your advice and had a day off . So yesterday I only managed a mile in my treadmill...totally gutted. Couldn't get motivated so I give up.! Trying again today Have a great day wherever you are :)

This sounds crazy but I think it's the media making you feel 'fat' even though you clearly are not . Pictures of 'skinny, slim, thin' women are everywhere and I think we feel we should all be the same! !. Size uk 12 is fantastic achievement. .
