Why dont you try joining a sports club? Then you are doing something you enjoy with others to motivate you without rlly feeling like you have to do the same boring exercise routines

Think about why you want to lose weight make a list and then look at stuff accordingly.... if u want to lose weight to go to that trip look at scenery pictures etc... :) try and do workouts with friends that rlly helps

I find it rlly hard to log everyday myself because ill have a screw up day i wont log it and then i wont log it the next and the next and then i drop it all toghether.. having friends on here rlly helps though :) Feel free to add me :) lets all support each other!

I have that problem though as i started running more frequently the problem got less and less make sure your breath consistently

I lost 2 stone a while back but i gained a stone back on so im restarting my diet :)
