I also weigh in on Mondays. It definitely helps keep me accountable and focused on my goals. When I think of slacking off I just remember how hard I've worked and how much I don't want to be disappointed by the number on the scale on Monday.

I'm also training for my first half in 8 weeks. Today was a cross training day. LOVE DAYS LIKE THESE! Running day after day becomes so monotonous.
