Leftovers from last night's dinner. Steak and spaghetti squash with some lowfat cottage cheese! I feel full and happy!0

I made a southwest soup from leftover pulled pork. Added some broth, tomatoes, black beans, carrots, celery, peppers, onion and garlic to the spicy shredded pork. It was so delicious. I will definitely be doing that again!0
