You are eating the wrong proteins...maybe stop the fried eggs, pork, etc. and go for the low fat high protein?

I just dont like sauce in general....i know its strange....but i hate mayonaisse...ranch...butter...etc....i enjoy eating it plain.

Grilled calamari with no sauce. Steak and eggs without sauce and the yellow part of egg. I dislike sweets so no dessert.

Since some people lose more than others...it depends on the person. You can be the same weight and height as another person, but he may sweat a swimming pool while you might sweat a pot. I've seen two people run an hour...one person was soaking wet in sweat, but the other person didn't sweat as much.

Anytime i eat out...i tack on 200 plus calories per item. I dont trust restaraunt foods since they focus on taste rather than consumer health.

Cheat days dont mean anything. It depends on what you eat as well as calorie deficit. I eat a burger for dinner at least twice a week. I go to a buffet once a week for dinner and consume mostly salmon, chicken, salad, and maybe a spoon or two of anything carbs. I dont use sauce at all for the salad. I still have good…

Americano, bananas, sweet potatoes, beef, egg whites, tofu, salmon, tuna, almonds are a few things on my list. Every now and then if you want dairy products, I throw in soymilk. I eat every 4 hours up to a total of 4 times. I try to start at 7 AM everyday and finish at 7 PM. I stay away from high sodium and fatty foods.…

I am surprised there are many people who habe experienced the same thing. I always did my hardest to get my results...yet people didnt say anything so my hard work felt as if it wasnt worth it. But as all of you have mentioned...its not about them. As long as I enjoy what I see, I should be grateful for that.

Yea. Thanks for the replies. I guess I got a bit too excited due to progress so I wanted to hear something...yet not one person mentioned it...I think that is what got me disappointed. The more reasons to keep moving forward!

Well...the first week of my 1200 calories to 1500 calories diet was difficult...but starting the second week...i dont feel like eating anymore...nor do i crave...however...if i meet someone and I HAVE to eat for the occassion...this sudden rush makes me binge eat...haha...then i go back to page one and start over…
