I actually think this will be a common fear for many of us, when we reach our weight goals. I think the best thing to do is add very slowly, so you aren't afraid of gaining. It was slow coming off, so why can't it be slow, while figuring out maintenance? Good luck!

I use the muffin recipe on the box, and add whatever fruit I want or zucchini.

I don't like the protein powder that I have. I don't care for the stevia, or any other sweetener that isn't real sugar. I might try the PB powder and some fruit spread. I like that idea.

My husband doesn't want dinner till 10:00 p.m., and I usually end up eating way before then. Sometimes I wait, but if I'm really hungry, it's better if I just go on and eat.

I have chicken breast in the crockpot with some salsa. We will put it on low cal wraps, with fat free refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, etc.

My lunch today was bell pepper, sweet onion, mushrooms, and 4 oz. deli roast beef, sautéed in one tablespoon olive oil and a little chicken stock. I seasoned it with pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes, and topped it with a slice of provolone cheese. It was a huge plate for only 407 calories.

That's me too. I have to have a somewhat sweet and creamy coffee.

Also, whole milk will stick with you longer than the low fat.

Hot tea makes me really hungry. I don't know why, but it does.
