I'm so sorry! I had meniscus surgery about 8 years ago. Just know it will get better. Follow doctor's orders. Do what you can, which is eating healthy during recovery and drinking lots of water, and doing whatever exercises they give you for PT. Hopefully you will be back at it in no time!

I have done everything at home using resistance bands. I currently use a program from ado-fitness.com but will be using YouTube and some other free sites for new workout variations after this session is done. I have lost a ton of fat and built amazing muscle tone just using bands.

This week I finally think I maxed out my metabolism for now. I am going to start to slowly cut calories. Thank you for everyone on suggestions for anxiety! It really helped me step back and look at what I can control and what works for me.
