Starting over yet again, this time employing IIFYM, daily cardio and weight exercises 3-4 days a week. :) Working on getting my diet in shape. I'm gluten free (allergy) and leaning towards veganism.

I doubt you need another, but being semi accountable to someone would help me remember to track on here. Also, I am starting an elimination diet to check for gluten/dairy sensitivity over the next 3-4weeks.

I loooove avocado on ANY kind of toast with a lil bit of chili powder. Or TIU pancakes.. I like the recipes from Blogilates.. Soft boiled egg with corn tortillas and chili powder..
