Heya..my goal is to lose 40 lbs by march 16.. today was my first day of BBG 1.0 by kayla itsines.! I'm looking for motivation.. i need it desperately and a fitness buddy ! Anyone in with me? Add me..! :)

    I'm starting Feb. 1st! I'm just finishing up another program at my gym and then I'm dedicating myself to BBG... would love to hear your thoughts on it as you progress... add me! :smile:

    (And BBG stands for "Bikini Body Guide"... it's a total body conditioning program by Kayla Itsines!)

    I just started week 2! It's hard and amazing. Just remember it's only half an hour, that's how I manage to make it through! Of course I'm not seeing results yet but I'm feeling powerful. I find it hard to do the LIIS, but it's ok, try hard do all you can, you can do it!

    It's an app now, used to be guides. You can google Kayla itsines or look her up on Instagram. Been doing BBG as well... Really enjoy how it makes me feel.

    I am having so much trouble with the nutritional part. I am getting the workouts in but I am having such a hard time seeing results. Are any of u in the same boat. I have restarted it twice becuz I give up at week three and realize I want results so I start all over.

    I start week 3 today! Feel free to add me. :) I'm loving BBG! Super hard but I can feel myself getting stronger, I've lost a few pounds (YAY!) and my clothes are starting to feel looser!
