forgot I take BCAA in the form of a drink called Amino Tone during my workout. Should I cut this out? or try to incorporate it? And I plant to start a probiotic in addition to my multi-vitamin. Is this ok?

no. i put in 1 calorie. it was messing me up getting them back. i also upped my allowed calories to 1500 to even it out [instead of the recommended 1200].

can you add in some lifting? also macros are confusing but it really helps to get more protein and get most of your carb from veggies and fruits, etc. Also water helps a lot and plain tea to curb appetite. I am also hungry all the time too. Good luck. You can do it!

my favorite is a Polar watch/chest strap combo. you program your age weight height and can even program your zones...it's awesome. but depressing because the machines always say i burn more. lol.

yes it's difficult...lots of gum; lots of water; and bag of carrots or cherries or something that you can 'munch' on without worry....helps...it's a daily struggle for me too.

completely understand. log log log and then log. even if it's a bad day...face it...and face the scale. when i hide i gain....trust me...i was off MFP for 5 months and the scale didn't go down. ugh!! back on the wagon. log log log and then log. best of luck. while there's still breath in our bodies, there is still hope!

it's so frustrating i understand. so sorry. you can do this. let me suggest you read into macros a bit? i think especially with weight training, the key is getting enough protein to support muscle. best of luck. focus on being healthy.
