Okay you guys I was just wondering about it. I've always tracked my food and weigh my food.

I wanna try the 16:8 method it works best with my schedule. I want to use it as loosing weight and controlling my eating habits.

Your right I do find myself eating in this time frame anyways at times. I do eat breakfast tho. And I'm in the medical field so really I can only eat around 12-1 and then get out of work around 5ish and from there I get home and have dinner but my problem is late snacking so maybe the 16/8 method would give me discipline

The days that are missing I have in the journal but yes sometimes I don't even consume 1,000 it's not that I don't choose to I just don't have time as much to eat. There are days where I do get to at least spare 100 calories. And alright I'll be more accurate with logging in my food in here more than the journal.

Other than that if I have time to spare I go in and type what I ate on here

In some days you will see I don't post anything but that's because I work in the medical field and then go to school so I really don't go on my phone as much to plug in but I do keep a journal on hand and I'll write down what I ate and smacked on. I also do count the right calories by doing the 9x fat 4x the carbs 4x theβ¦

My logging is tight. I do weight my foods and measure. I weigh myself every two weeks. I have just recently started measuring my waist and legs and arms I lost about 2 inches in waist. Slightly in arms and more in legs(less fat thighs) so then should I eat at a higher calorie deficit then?

Stats? I'm 5"5, 164.3, daily goal of calorie is 1,200, it's been about two weekend and half going on three

Ahh I really loved reading what you said! That makes me happy, really. Your right. Maybe I should just let go of the goal and just enjoy doing what I've been doing and then maybe then I shall start seeing how things have been. That really makes me happy lol
