Just for today I will be grateful for my warm bedroom heat in the midst of this cold night. Just for today when I am tired and/or in pain I will rest, breathe and take medicine as needed rather than make a beeline for sweets.

Tonight and last night I did 'late night eating.' I saw from 'logging' my food that I had 'used up' all my calories for the day.
