Yep, it sucks, to say the least. We have to work twice as hard as everyone else and the added bonus of feeling like complete crap in the meantime. It is possible to do but very easy to gain it all back and then some.

Mine updated first at 946am then it took until 5pm to sync again. Today was much better though.

You gotta do whats right for you I didn't like the Hr it wasn't very accurate and It went back. I just like the the UP platform.

up updated their app too it does finally sync but it take forever.

yeah I like the up platform more than the fitbit one I'll get a 3 when if it comes out. The FBhr is complete crap.

This is gold and I do the exact same thing. In fact I made a list of foods that make me sick in one way or another and avoid them. Funny thing happened I started feeling better and my energy returned. I guess thats what I get for not poisoning myself anymore.

My rule is if I eat it and it runs out its inflammatory so avoid or limit levels.

This is awesome advice. Having hypo condition myself and fighting it for years and feeling like crap got me no where fast. I even gained weight. It really is the food mainly inflammatory foods that are processed. Look at paleo foods too (not the diet) being hypo the best thing you can do is reset how you think about food.…
