Congratulations. Great job.

What a change. Congratulations.

You can lose weight without exercise. You are still exercising and you have lost 54 pounds in about 9 months. I'm not sure what you are asking since you are still exercising and losing weight. I make myself eat three times a day even if one meal is just a piece of fruit or a cup of yogurt.

I've found if you are not eating fried foods, fast food, soda and bread. You can get a lot of food for even 1300 calories.

You look so much younger. Congratulations.

WOW! That is impressive, especially the definition in the abs. Congratulations.

I watched her story she was tried and acquitted of a murder she did not commit. She was too big to arrest and had to be wheeled into court in her bed for her trial. She started her weight loss journey after she was acquitted.

I had a digital scale that I found very inaccurate. So I replaced it with an old style analog scale from Walmart. While not as precise as a digital scale the analog is accurate.

I can understand wanting to get the weight off but you are only 20 years old. At a safe weight loss of 2 pounds a week you will lose 100 pounds in a year and you'll only be 21. You are also less likely to regain the weight you lost plus additional pounds which often happens with crash diets and quick weight loss.

Major difference. Congratulations on your success. How long did it take you to lose 100 lbs?

Congratulations. Very impressive competing in and winning two triathlons.

There are people who find ways to get around their WLS. I saw one person on YT who had the sleeve who said there are ways to get around your sleeve. She spoke about still eating a whole plate of chicken wings just eating them slowly over several hours. The point to me is that if you are looking for ways around your WLS you…

WLS is major surgery and it is something I would avoid unless it was absolutely necessary. However there are people who need WLS to help control their appetite and assist them to lose weight. Ultimately you have to adapt a new lifestyle whether with WLS or losing weight with diet and exercise. I was watching My 600 lb life…

I started making small changes to establish new healthier habits. I started by just logging my food honestly to see how much I was eating. Then I started counting my calories. I didn't cut any of the things I enjoyed out of my diet I just learned to eat less of those things. One example is I went from drinking soda…

If it is within your allowed calories then have something sweet. Sometimes I'll eat a candy bar or ice cream if it's within my calories for the day.

I've found that a series of little changes can add up to make big chance in your weight. Just the simple act of logging everything you eat will give you an idea of how much you are eating and how many calories you are really taking in.

Thanks for the information. The OP appears to be a troll particularly after his most recent passive/aggressive abusive post.

I think some WLS patients are eating so few calories because their stomachs are so small. Some have described the new stomach as the size of an egg or a small orange. So they really can not eat much.

Weight loss surgery may be the best solution for some people particularly the super morbidly obese. People who are over 600 pounds. I was reading comments at a WLS forum where the people there said they averaged 400-600 calories a day. Even without surgery if you are only eating 500 calories a day you are going to lose…

It seems like you were calling people lazy to me which is why you are getting negative responses. You need to be a grownup and own the things you say. I'm a 57 year old woman and I lost 60 pounds with almost no exercise. I just watched my calories. The reason I did not exercise is...none of your business.

Congratulations on your success so far. I find that little changes overtime add up and contribute to big changes in weight. There is a lady at youtube who was once almost 500 lbs and she is now down to about 240. She lost the weight by counting calories and with exercise. She is inspiring with a great attitude. Her channel…

That is very impressive. Great job!

Great job! Not much loose skin either.

Junk food is hard to give up because it tastes good. It's also good to remember that food is food just some foods are more calorie dense then others. I found making little changes over time helped to make those changes permanent. For example I love soda and use to drink about 1.5 liters a day everyday. I've reduced that to…

Chris Powell calls this a "reward day". His theory is that the high calories one day a week keep your metabolism from adjusting to a low calorie routine and slowing down. I give myself a reward day on Sunday. I usually don't eat all the calories I'm allowed during the week. I "bank" those calories along with exercise…

I had a digital scale but found it was not accurate. Sometimes it would never settle on a weight. Other times the weight was clearly inaccurate like showing a 20 pound weight loss in a week. I finally purchased an old style analog scale from Walmart that I'm happy with.

Congratulations on your success. One hundred pounds lost in 9 months is impressive.

Congratulations on your success. How long did it take you to reach your goal?
