  • I’m 3.5 months pp. I’ve lost all, but 12 pounds. I’m at 1200 calories a day, which is a bummer. It seems to be the only thing that works even with 2/3 of the time nursing.   • I had baby #2 7 weeks ago. I have my mfp goal as 0.5 pounds a week. I’m staying within calories and breastfeeding. In the last month I lost 5 pounds.
  • I am loosing weight with a friend and we tell each other every Sunday our weight loss/gain. I’m happy to do the same with you. I previously used MFP to loose weight and made it to my goal this way. I kept the weight off for two years then got pregnant. I had the cutest baby and I am nod ready to get back to my goal weight.
  • I have a range too. I weigh myself almost every morning. If I'm on the high end of the range I go to bed with a little hunger in my belly. My range us 130-133.
