I'm doing the my fitness pal. Will be my 3rd wk on Monday, I have lost 4lb, I was hoping for more, but 2lb a wk is good isn't it? I am swimming 3x a wk to, my calorie goal is 1200 but always go under once I've added my excercise on. Am I on the right track

No worries now, I sorted it, googled it. It goes of the last weigh in from wen I set mfp up which was less than I am now. I just reset it all. Thanks guys x

My goAl is 1200 I go over to about 1300/1400 but burn it off by excercising. So end up have loads of calories left. Like 100's. And the list of ,sugars,protein etc I never meet the %
