Nutrition goals

I am not reaching my nutrition goals, but not starving myself. Will I still lose weight.

    If you're under your TDEE, you'll lose weight. But how far under are you? What is your goal and what are you averaging a day? Undereating can lead to health problems if kept up for too long.

    My goAl is 1200 I go over to about 1300/1400 but burn it off by excercising. So end up have loads of calories left. Like 100's. And the list of ,sugars,protein etc I never meet the %

    Deficit=eating less than you burn

    It's kind of a catch 22 situation. You should be netting 1200 every day, but calorie burns can be greatly overestimated. That's why it's recommended to only eat back 50-75% of those. If you feel satisfied at what you're eating, stick with it. If you're still hungry, add in a calorie dense treat (Greek yogurt, peanut butter) to meet your goal.
