No way I'm 130 lbs and I still cry everytime my PE teacher makes us do them hehe But maybe do jumping jacks and push ups to help you do the burners better or squat jumps :)

I horseback ride 2-3 hours a day but I'm looking for quick exercises it would really be helpful if you knew any since the horseback riding isn't enough I know horse back riding is a sport but you can read the earlier answers to find out why I need more :)

It started at 17 but yes pretty much. I'm probably in a different timeline than you. And I guess you can call my school a type of high school we have computers and that's the only thing I use so I'm on my computer and I don't think that's an excuse...

I work out everyday 2-3 hours and even more on weekends! that's a lot of time and I can probably make 30 min extra but still think of how much time I use it's a lot when I have school work for 12+ hours and I need to do good in school and also go to classes :) please respect that and if you have some advice in form of…

It's not that I'm in pain but sometimes if I have worked out a lot I get some discomfort I talked to my physio and a doctor who specializes in sport injuries and both of them said I needed to build up muscles. I have been checked later on and everything is fine don't worry

It still hurts but that's why I need to do exercises it was both my doctor and physio who cleared me. And it did take a couple of months I don't know why I'm allowed to do exercise but maybe I was just luckier than you I'm not a doctor so I can't give you a good answer on that

I got it fixed and was cleared by my doctor a while ago and I went to a sport physio who told me to do exercises

I dislocated my hip last summer and that's why I needed to build up muscles so that I could prevent injuries like that to happen again.

No I eat quite a lot and I have been checked for everything I just got to know that I needed to build up muscles, I did a lot of ballet when I was younger and it hurt my knee

He said I needed to build up muscles in my back which is what I'm trying to do but it's hard when I don't have that much time. But my knees has been hurting so much too and my hip have gone out of it's joint ones so it's not just my back.

Thank you I've been to the European championship in showjumping so I don't doubt their the aching method but I'm also starting to think that there might be something wrong with my posture or something I have had an injured back and I never fell of my horse I just coughed a lot and then it kind of snapped :(
