  • I'm right there with you. I have 4 kids from age 7 down to 2. My birthday is the 29th and I really need to get my butt in gear this month. It's very difficult juggling kids, work, and maintaining a household and marriage. You're so right. ..it's so easy to say "I'm to busy" but we need to make ourselves and our health a…
  • Challenge accepted! Day 1: 40
  • I'm in! I've never done this challenge before but my birthday is July 29 so it'd be great to be a bit lighter by then.
  • I'm 5'7 as well with the same goal weight. Feel free to add me.
  • I'm interested :)
  • I'm in! I have a box of items to donate in my garage that I keep forgetting to take to goodwill. I'm going to peruse my house and see what I can add to it then put it right in my car so I do it off today before picking up my son from school. Great challenge...thank you
  • I actually did this yesterday woohoo! I found leftover vegetable soup...that I made 2 weeks ago. Yuck. I also designated and labeled a bin for my smoothie ingredients. Now maybe the kids will stick to the fruits and veggies prepared for them in their snack bin instead of raiding my stuff that isn't cut up as well.
  • https://www.fitbit.com/user/2SV4SC I haven't had my fit bit very long and would love friends to help me stay motivated and do challenges with.
  • I'm in! I love challenges like this! Starting weight: 143.0 12 week goal weight: 128 Physical Goal: be able to do 4 pull ups and 20 push ups consecutively Nutritional Goal: Learn to cook meatless more often with a minimum of once a week being a meatless dinner.
  • I have a fit bit and would love to have people to do challenges with. I'm not sure how to add you though. I can pm you my email and I think you can add me that way.
  • If you're going Army then get good at lots and lots of push ups. Also try to hold plank as long as possible. When I was in basic we were in the front lean and rest for what felt like forever all the time lol. Pretty much just be able to pass the pt test. You can Google to see what the standard is for your age.
  • Hi! I'm not really new, however, I'm just now getting serious after the birth of my daughter. I could definitely use some friends to keep me accountable and for motivation.
  • I'm in! I have 29 lbs to lose. My husband is away for training (Army) until April 1 so I'm hoping to lose 6-8 lbs by the time he comes home.
