  • I hate to say it, but pass day 4. I was well within kcl and did track, but I felt so ill after drinking sat, I couldn't bring myself to move. It feels like such a waste after doing well all month. I very rarely have a drink nowadays and it just took it out of me completely.
  • Pass day 3. Although I probably stayed within kcl and walked a ton I never tracked anything after about my 3rd cocktail!

  • Exercise: weights session. I've been really working on my glutes, finally seen an improvement in my squats. I can perhaps start going heavy with them. Also, I've well got my 40kg bench down, so aim to get this up in the next few weeks. Kcl: 1458/1460 Tracked.

  • Hey, so I've had some issues with my phone which I use this app on. The latest update killed it so I've had to go through insurance to get a replacement... meaning I've been awful at logging in here. I'm a week behind, but have everything logged in my diary. Am I out, or does the not logging here matter as much?

  • Exercise: went and tried the driving range for the first time ever. It wasn't great. Was there about 45mins. Kcl: 1528/1460 but I let myself use some of the exercise kcl. I generally get by without eating them back but I was so hungry. I made good choices with the extra bits so I'm not too bothered. Tracked: yep

(10 push ups, 10 burpees, 6 times across the room spiderman crawling, min plank, 50 skips with the rope, 10 lunge jumps... x2) followed by weights session and yoga stretching cool down.
