Purdy's Hedgehogs!!! Quality is where its at with treats. I always save room for a little chocolate. I sit down, turn off the t.v and have an "alone time moment" with every piece of chocolate that gets consumed. Just gotta let it melt on my tongue.. Mmm CHOCOLATE! I take chocolate eating very seriously.

Weight loss doesn't take short period of time. If you want to lose the weight and keep it off for good, I suggest including a lot of veggies. You can have more food for less calories. In my opinion, processed foods (even though they can be advertised as low calorie) add up rather quickly.

Strength and weight training is (in my opinion) essential. Ilove weight training and wouldn't live without it. I don't believe it would be harmful to do both, just make sure you take days off, and have a nutritious recovery meal to replenish your body! What are your goals? Cheers, Liz

Well I have called customer support and told them about the issue. They guided me to note those steps as driving (considering I hadn't even put it on yet). Support told me that everything should automatically reset to 0 by 12am, if not to call them back. I'm on night shift schedule this week so we'll see! I'm super excited…
-
Why do they do this?! No fun when it says things have been achieved when in reality they haven't?!
-
You can do it! Add me! I will support anyone needing it! I wish every one all the best in their goals!

Hello! I am 23 years old. 5'7" HW:136 LW:108 CW:129 Goal/Ideal weight: 115-120 (depending on how much muscle mass I decide to gain.)

MityMax96 I believe we have figured that out. The word "can" doesn't mean that it WILL happen.

There was a "haha JK" comment after that. It wasn't meant to be serious. It has turned into a very interesting board though. If things that you do work for you do those things, it doesn't mean they are right, it doesn't mean they are wrong. I merely gave an opinion. As long as YOU are getting to your personal goals isn't…

Its going to be slow no matter what you do, but this should be a lifestyle change so it shouldn't matter if it takes you 3 years or 5 just do what makes you happy. Well said. Thankyou!
