Hello! I just unpackaged my new FitBit Charge HR. I haven't worn it yet. As soon as it finished charging and syncing, there was already data loaded onto it. Just over 2000 steps, 1.8km, and nearly 1100 calories burned? Did anyone else have this happen? Do I really have to wait until midnight to begin tracking? Help!
I have been using a food scale religiously to prepare meals right down to the last gram. I have found this very successful. Any one else?
